With the ten biggest fish from each category taken the winners are Team Lure with 564cm to Team Bait’s 504cm.

I should call this the brutal challenge, with two 3-4-hour sleep nights followed by miles and miles of walking in waders, a million casts and fuelled by the very worst nutrition that can be found from the garages in passing from location to location. I think it would test the real S.A.S.
The fishing was tough no bones about it, with scorching sun, awkward tides and uncharacteristically poor fishing from our local harbour, we were up against it.
But, as usual, we fisherpeople don’t lay down when presented with a challenge, we go at it!! Multiple locations, experimenting with places and tides we’ve never fished before to chase after the 3 bass we needed to help our teams out for the ultimate prize.
We caught more 50cm plus bass than ever before, and our biggest bass record was beaten twice by two 63cm fish, I think we made the very best of the conditions provided.
