Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping:
We recommend using Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For tracked postage for returns.
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend insuring the package and obtaining proof of postage for your records.
We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Refunds and Exchanges:
